La frappadingue ....opale/BASK x'trem

FRAPPADINGUE = RACE CRAZY NUTCASES

On Sunday the 7th of October 2011 in Montreuil near Le Touquet (62) and on sunday April 1st in Ciboure near Biarritz, you might be one of these tough guys, in a not common event. Frappadingue (or Opale X’TREM), will bring you on a track full of traps! Ladders, monkey bridges, haystacks, bunch of tyres, pipes and mud will be part of the game, you will have to climb, cross or overcome!

If you manage to survive to all these things, you will then face our electrical Octopus or our water crossing!

By the end of these few kilometers, we guarantee that you will be exhausted and broken, but you will have the right to say “I did it”! That’s your only goal! Come dressed up and have fun!

The race gets around 5,000 runners each year, so there is 21 wave of 250 peoples, every 10 minutes. starts goes from 8.30am to 12.10pm. You check in for the race on saturday all day there is a stand where they give out your bib number, tee shirt and other staff necessary for the race. You can shop there, because lots of sports' shop are bringing stuff to sell on sale.

The online entry is now available for 50€ (Montreuil) and 40€ (Ciboure)  (+2€ management fees) until the start of the race... But keep in mind that we will be limited to 5000.Don't hesitate a second !!

La Frappadingue will fit to every kind of sportive. Not only runners but people who usually practice tennis, rugby, football...

You don't need to be addicted to sport ! Even people stuck on TV all the time or those who only run on Sundays will achieve the 12km and overcome all the obstacles!!!

The race FRAPPADINGUE OPALE X'TREM is located in MONTREUIL SUR MER near Le touquet and only 70km far from CALAIS. The best way to join us from UK is the channel or the ferry in Dover.
